Anchorage Lemonade Stand supports Children’s Library

Having their home on the Beach & Bay Cottage Tour, which supports the South Coastal Library in Bethany Beach, recently inspired some young philanthropists in South Bethany. During the two days of the Cottage Tour, Kaitlyn Troiano and Matthew Troiano, along with their cousins Morgan Riggione and Logan Riggione, had a lemonade stand outside their home on Anchorage Avenue in South Bethany. They offered lemonade and sweet treats, along with a donation jar. From their efforts the ‘Fantastic Four’ presented $538.47 to Sharon Palmer, the children’s librarian at the South Coastal Library. During the presentation, the children gave suggestions on how they would like to see the money spent. Books and videos that are purchased with the funds received will have Anchorage Lemonade Stand book plates in them.
