Millville park breaks ground

Officials from the Town of Millville and the Whayland Co. break ground on the town’s new park on Tuesday, Sept. 10, setting in motion a project four years in the making. The park, located off Dukes Drive and Route 26, will eventually include playgrounds, a community building, a pavilion, pickleball courts, an electronic ‘Challenge Course’ obstacle course and a walking trail. The park is planned to be open by the spring of 2020.
