APPROVAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council, after a Public Hearing held on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at 7:00 pm, at the Millville Town Hall, 36404 Club House Road, Millville, DE, took the following actions: approved by a vote of 4-1 a revision to the Final Subdivision Site Plan submitted by Land Design Inc. on behalf of H&D Development LLC for the removal of the pool and pool house, to be replaced by a pavilion and dog park, and the addition of 28 parking spaces for Sea Edge development, located on Tax Map Parcels 134-16.00-5.00 and 7.01; approved by a vote of 3-0 (2 abstentions) a Final Subdivision Site Plan submitted by GMB LLC on behalf of Dove Barrington Development, with the addition of 85 lots (18 single family and 67 townhomes) to the previously approved Final Subdivision Site Plan for Bishop’s Landing 2, as well as a revision to enlarge the community pool area and relocate the pickleball court from the pool area to the basketball court area, located on Tax Map Parcels 134-12.00-372.00, 372.01, and 373.00, with no lights for the pickleball courts and with the commitment to put additional landscaping buffering on the west side of the north pond, bordering Denton Mills; and approved by a vote of 3-0 (2 abstentions) a revision to the Bishop’s Landing 1 and 2 Final Subdivision Site Plan, submitted by GMB LLC on behalf of Beazer Homes, to remove all dumpsters from the community as well as the community garden and clamshell parking spot from Phase 5, and to add horseshoe pits in Phase 3 of Bishop’s Landing 1.
