Town of Ocean View - Jan. 16, '20 Meeting Notice


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean View will review the following applications:

•P-276: A Revision to a Previously Approved Site Plan submitted by the developer, Evergreene Companies, in conjunction with the property owners of lots in the Johnson’s Glade subdivision.  The developer and property owners wish to remove the proposed
                walking trail from the open space area of the final subdivision plan. The open space area of the Johnson’s Glade subdivision is located at 7 Johnsons Glade Lane on property zoned R-1 (Single Family Residential) (PIDN: 074.025 /
                 Sussex CTM# 134-12.00-428.05).

•P-328: A Preliminary Land Development Site Plan submitted by Becker Morgan Group, Inc., on behalf of the equitable owner, Ocean View Partners LLC, with the permission of the property owners Ocean View Specialists, LLC (88 Atlantic Avenue) and Michael &                  Charlotte A. Marine (90 Atlantic Avenue). The plan proposes to establish a multi-use building on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1) located at 88 & 90 Atlantic Avenue (PIDNs: 088.000 & 087.000 / Sussex CTM#s 134-12.00-434.00 & 433.00).

•P-329: A General Business Site plan submitted by the property owners  VNS Limited Partnership for the purposes of converting a temporary rear entrance off of Evans Avenue into a permanent rear entrance on property zoned GB-1 (General Business District 1)                    located at 63 Atlantic Avenue (PIDN: 201.120 / Sussex CTM# 134-12.00-1227.00).

•P-330: A review of the Town of Ocean View’s 2020 Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the associated Ordinance.

These reviews are scheduled for 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on Thursday, January 16, 2020, in the Ocean View Town Hall located at 32 West Avenue. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The appropriate material may be examined by interested parties on the second floor of the Wallace A. Melson Municipal Building located at 201 Central Avenue between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
